Would you like to be a Mystery Shopper Who are our Mystery Shoppers? Our mystery shoppers have a commitment and clear understanding of the importance of customer service. Our mystery shoppers are employed on a casual basis and work anywhere from 1 to 10 hours per week depending on their level of experience and their geographic location. We do not employ any full time consultant’s as we believe that it is virtually impossible to remain totally objective 40 hours per week. All of our mystery shoppers participate in regular on going training, and individual performance is monitored regularly by their State Supervisor. It is important to us that our secret shoppers understand the challenges that retailer’s face. Strong observation skills and the ability to articulate your experiences are key factors in performing successfully as a secret shopper. Do you have what it takes?
